Interested in gaining energy? Losing weight? Healing your gut? Developing healthy habits that stick? Avoiding chronic illness or healing an existing condition, we start where you are and partner with you to achieve optimal health and wellness.

Start the journey while gaining knowledge around your health from a Functional Medicine team including your personal health coach, functional medicine physician and registered/licensed dietitian.

This carefully curated virtual group will occur once a week for 10 weeks in the comfort of your own home. We will explore specific topics related to women’s health and start you on the path to rebooting your health and wellness.

Group coaching offering includes: All sessions virtual through our Practice Better online portal.

  • Session One: 2 hr intro to functional medicine health coaching with Karen Bush, “get to know your cohort” and discovering your “why”. We will end with actionable steps to be implemented during the week.

  • Session Two: 90 minutes (all sessions going forward are 90 minutes) Meet your Functional Medicine Physician and learn functional medicine aka root cause medicine from a physician who has 17 years of experience in integrative and functional medicine. You will begin to understand the underlying mechanisms that may be continuing a cycle of health issues. Q&A included and options for additional one-on-one visits available.

  • Session Three: Meet your Functional Medicine Licensed Dietitian who will help you understand food as medicine and information for your body. We will review the elimination plan for resetting your gut microbiome and set the stage for your functional medicine health journey. You will receive recipes, weekly planner, product lists and more. Option for additional one on one visits available.

  • Sessions Four - Ten: These sessions with your health coach, will take a deep dive into the aspects of health that are critical to creating a lifestyle of healthy habits. Have you ever wondered why you might have started “diets” over the years but still aren’t losing weight or feeling healthy long-term? These sessions will empower you with the knowledge and tools for habit change in the areas around nutrition, detox, healthy success mindset, stress management, mindfulness and meditation, optimal sleep and of course movement and exercise. It’s not enough to just eat the right foods and exercise, you need to have the right mindset and tools to turn your vision of health into action. This is where you will find it.

This robust interactive group coaching package will provide actionable steps you will be taking each session, a FB group just for your cohort and live sessions to answer all of your questions, Email access 24/7 , private portal and messaging.
