Want to meet more women in your tribe? Those that understand exactly what you are experiencing and will support you along the way? Supported by coaching, a functional medicine physician and a licensed dietitian?
Then group coaching is for you.
These are carefully curated virtual groups that will occur once a week for 10 weeks. We will explore specific topics related to women’s health and start you on the path to resetting your health.
Includes initial session 2 hrs and 9 follow up sessions at 90 minutes each.
Follow up sessions will include:
Session One - 2 hrs -with Karen Bush - Understanding Functional Medicine Health Coaching, get to know your coaching cohort, understanding your functional medicine timeline, discovering your “why”
Session Two- 90 minutes - Meet your functional medicine physician - a deeper dive into the fundamentals of functional medicine with Q&A session to follow.
Session Three - 90 minutes - Meet your functional medicine registered and licensed dietitian and discover the elimination diet and benefits with materials, recipes and product suggestions.
Sessions Four - Ten - 90 minutes each - These sessions will be with your coach Karen Bush and will empower you with the knowledge you need around nutrition, detox, healthy mindset, stress management, mindfulness and meditation, optimal sleep and movement/exercise. Tools and exploration in each session to truly make lifestyle changes and habits that work for you and stand the test of time. This robust interactive group coaching package will also provide actionable steps you will be taking each session, a FB group just for your cohort and live sessions to answer all of your questions.
