3 Month Coaching Package

Ready to make some changes in your life? Maybe you have started to dip a toe into the world of clean living but need some guidance and support. This package is an introduction to Functional Medicine Health Coaching that will jump start your healthy living plan. Includes initial 90 minute virtual consult and 6 virtual follow up visits, email access, guidance and actionable steps in the areas of nutrition, detox, healthy mindset, stress management, mindfulness and meditation, optimal sleep, movement and exercise and overall optimal health.

6 Month Coaching Package

You are stepping forward into growth and this is your commitment to living your healthiest, happiest life. This package will take you through 6 months of behavior change and solid healthy habits. Includes initial 90 minute virtual consult and 11 virtual follow up visits, email access, and guidance in the areas of nutrition, detox, healthy mindset, stress management, mindfulness and meditation, optimal sleep, movement and exercise and optimal health. These sessions are customized to your needs and your goals.

Group Coaching 10 weeks- Healthy Reboot - Next launch stay tuned!

Want to meet more women in your tribe? Those that understand exactly what you are experiencing and will support you along the way? Then group coaching is for you. These are carefully curated virtual groups that will occur once a week for 10 weeks. We will explore specific topics related to women’s health and start you on the path to resetting your health. Includes initial session 2 hrs and 9 follow up sessions at 90 minutes each. Follow up sessions will include one session with a Functional Medicine Physician who will help you understand FM as it relates to women’s health and one session with a Functional Medicine Licensed Dietitian. Our dietitian will present the elimination diet which is the first step in your functional medicine health journey. You will also have the option to do one on one visits with each of these dynamic FM providers. The follow up 7 sessions with your health coach will empower you with the knowledge you need around nutrition, detox, healthy mindset, stress management, mindfulness and meditation, optimal sleep and movement/exercise. This robust interactive group coaching package will also provide actionable steps you will be taking each session, a FB group just for your cohort and live sessions to answer all of your questions.
